About Us
Bodhidharma Kung-Fu & Tai-Chi Federation Mission is to teach and spread authentic and traditional Shaolin Kung fu, Tai Chi & Weapons in Gujarat and around the India. This includes teaching the traditional Shaolin concepts of Chan (Zen), Wu (Martial Arts) and Yi (Medicine) to Gujarat, from where it all started. Bodhidharma Kung-Fu & Tai-Chi Federation is the only martial arts training centre authorised by the Kung Fu Federation Of India to teach Kung Fu,Tai Chi & Weapons in Gujarat.

Our Founder
Akash Anand is a distinguished martial artist, instructor, and the founder of the Bodhidharma Kung-Fu & Tai Chi Federation. Known for his dedication and excellence in martial arts, he has established himself as a respected figure at both national and international levels.
He has achieved remarkable success in world-level competitions, winning approximately nine gold medals, four silver medals, and two bronze medals across prestigious international tournaments held in countries such as China, Russia, the United States, Thailand, Armenia, and Taiwan. These accomplishments highlight his exceptional skill, discipline, and competitive spirit on the global stage.
In recognition of his contributions and achievements, he was honored with the Navratna Award in 2019 in Kochi, Kerala, marking a significant milestone in his martial arts journey.
At the national level, Akash Anand has earned the title of “Champion of Champions” four times and has also been awarded “Best Male Fighter”, reflecting his dominance and consistency in competitive martial arts.

Beyond his achievements as an athlete, he has also contributed significantly as an official. He has successfully served as a Head Judge in national tournaments and has represented his expertise in international tournaments as a judge, demonstrating his deep knowledge and authority in martial arts.
Through his leadership and vision, Akash Anand continues to inspire and mentor aspiring martial artists, promoting discipline, excellence, and the true spirit of Kung Fu and Tai Chi.
